Sales pitches right before departure can be uncomfortable!!! More variety in restaurant menus would be appreciated!!! Larger and better-designed entertainment venues are necessary for evening activities!!!

Incredible ocean views from the room.

I can't believe how disappointing my stay was. Additionally, the food options were subpar, especially for lunch and dinner, making it hard to enjoy our meals. To top it off, while we were promised great service, there was a noticeable lack of attention from staff that ruined our experience.

Pleasant hotel, excellent amenities, the breakfast and lunch buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the room, with its stunning ocean view, provided a comfortable place to unwind after exploring the nearby attractions.

We loved lounging by the beautiful pool and enjoying the beach access while being pampered with drinks delivered right to our sun loungers. The only downside was a minor sales pitch while I was waiting for my taxi, but it didn't bother me much. 💙

During my stay, the ongoing renovations were noticeable, especially around first-floor rooms and common areas, which could occasionally disrupt the experience. Wait times for food in the restaurant seemed longer than expected, often hovering around an hour, which might not mesh with everyone’s vacation pace. Additionally, the poolside area could use more seating. on busy days, finding a place to relax felt like a challenge.

The ocean views from my room were amazing, with waves crashing just a few steps away. I loved lounging on the beach chairs, sipping on cocktails delivered right to my spot. The infinity pool was the cherry on top-perfect for unwinding with loved ones against the backdrop of the sunset.

I had a lovely time at Sun Palace. The room was spacious and clean, with a fantastic ocean view from our balcony. Staff greeted us with smiles and made us feel welcome at all times. I particularly enjoyed the activities at the main pool. The volleyball games organized by Jayro and Pedro were a blast. They created a fun and friendly atmosphere. The meals were varied, with some standout dishes like the Beef Picanha at Fuego being fantastic. Room service was a bit slow, though, and I noticed some portions were on the small side. Making dinner reservations through the app was a little tricky, especially on busy nights. The beach was beautiful, perfect for relaxing, but it could get a bit rough for swimming. I also wish the cocktail recipes provided a stronger drink experience. I felt some lacked enough alcohol. Overall, a wonderful stay but with some room for improvement.

The stay featured excellent service with incredibly friendly staff, particularly enjoying interactions at the pool with Pedro and Jay. The calm beach and a well-maintained environment made for a relaxing experience. While there was a promotional credit issue not effectively handled by management, the stunning ocean views from the Superior Deluxe Ocean View King Size Bed room and the delicious omelettes at breakfast stood out as highlights.

I appreciate how the staff made it easy to unwind, just a couple enjoying a trip together. Overall, a pleasant experience despite the few hiccups we encountered.
